Blooodbark bracers hunt

Hey all, after getting back to DDO after many years I am on a treasure hunt for end game items. I just got the Feywild pack and want to hunt for the Bloodbark bracers. For those of you who have them what is the best way to get them? I understand they are in a feytwisted chest. What quests have the highest likelihood of getting a feytwisted chest? If I were looking for them what would be a good strategy?

Go to Make Believe (quest).
Enter and jump over the wall.
Go left to the water elementals.
Check if their chest is feytwisted; you don't have to fight them, you can check from afar (look for the purple glow or check the chest's name)
If not, recall and try again.
When you find a feytwisted chest, put up an LFM saying "got a Feytwisted chest, looking for Bloodbark Bracers, need pullers".

You can also farm feywild wilderness rares if you find rinse, repeat re-entry to be too tedious. Sometimes you might even get multiple feytwisted in a single wilderness.

Go to Make Believe (quest).

There's another nifty bit about the Make Believe Waterfall; it's easy to do at R10 for most characters -- just bring a bluff item and clear things 1x1 to make it easy for your loot helpers. Warn them not to dash straight in, though (unless you also diplo or bluff the gnomes).

R10 ups your chances for reaper bonus. Nice for hat-farming.

I ran it again on R10s. I got another one of the 4th chest. It took many hours but I was doing other stuff at the same time. What other end game feytwisted items are worth farming for? Bjond mentioned a hat?
