Bottle of Missed?

They have always said they will NOT be placing individual items like the Bottle of Mists that allows transport to Ravenloft for sale. You will have to purchase the Ultimate pack THEN you can ask for the difference between the Ultimate pack and the pack originally purchased. But, a refund of that difference is not a guarantee.
They've actually said they're trying to bring it to the DDO store as a standalone purchase item, but there's technical issues with the all-in-one teleport setup that requires engineering work to be overcome.

They should make these teleport items into feats like LOTRO. When you buy a teleport it makes a feat that last through TR and you can simply drag that to any hotbar to teleport there whenever the cooldown is up. That would allow us to buy teleports all over the place without taking up any space in our inventory.

But then they couldn’t sell you bank, inventory space.

As far as the bottle of mist goes, I doubt it will ever be in the store for DDO points. There is something weird with how the teleport menu is constructed so you only have to carry 1 teleport item to access all locations, and if it's not purchased through the DDO market and thus given an account flag for owning it, it won't be there. More spaghetti code stuff.
You can buy account flags in the Store just fine though.
Getting to teleport your character to and from the Hall of Heroes on login isn't exactly a character thing.
Of course, if you bought the bottle, you'd be buying the account flag that ways your teleport items can get you there.

A bit of topic but what really ticks me off is that we can basically throw away all but one of the teleport items... which is great for saving space but I PAID for those teleport items and don't want to throw away any of those items so I am stuck between a rock and a hard place.

You have the option to keep the teleport items in your inventory if they are some kind of psychological benefit to you. They certainly aren't any mechanical use, since any one of them will take you to all destinations that you own access to.

Why would you care about owning the physical items when they don't do anything? Whatever the reason: YOU CAN STILL DO THAT. Absolutely nothing stops you.
