Bought Collectors, got Bog standard

Hey @Cordovan , my guildies said you could fix my problem.
I bought Masterminds of Sharn™ - Collector’s Edition last week, and while I enjoyed the quests I was a bit saddened that I did not receive the awesome bag of deleting bank alts -> the Dimensional Augment Bag: holds 500 unique items. I also did not receive the Improved Sharn Supplies containing;

• 50 Astral Shards
• Two Major Guild Renown Elixirs
• Ten Greater Treasuer Hunter Potions

Furthermore noone has answered my ticket.
Please fix.

It was today I realised that support does not only mean "to assist or to help" but can also mean "to endure bravely or quietly".
It seems this particular page on the internet is where complaints about undelivered purchases gets to wither and die while the would-be purchaser gets to endure it silence.

Next time you are overloaded in work, just say that there is a delay for nonessential issues and hint at a timeframe.
Its easier to wait of you know it the reasons.
