Boulder's might

Does Boulder's might work with handwraps, or only with weapons like Greatsword? Specifically for a shifter with wraps?

ok, I was thinking wraps are 2 handed, but they actually are considered 2 weapon

To my knowledge, Boulder's Might not really apply to handwraps, it is especially designed for heavy weapons such as greatsword or greataxe.
By shifting with wraps you risk not taking full advantage of it, so it's better to aim for other more suitable options.
