Bound to Account Morninglord's Sceptre ?

I really like the Morninglord's Sceptre (lvl 29 weapon) as recipient for my filigrees.

This weapon is free from Barovia, but it is Bound to Character, and I'd like to pass to other characters as I see fit.
The wiki says you can ge a BtA version from quests, but I simply refuse to farm anything on Ravenloft (hate those quests so much). And also, the chance to get exactly the Sceptre would be abysmal, considering there are dozens of different weapons.

So, is there another way to get a BtA version of Morninglord's Sceptre?
Can I somehow "transform" my BtC to BtA?
How can I pass my Sentient Jewel (attached to this specific weapon) to other characters? Would I need to tool kit it from the BtC weapon everytime?

To be fair, if you want other characters to use the Scepter, they can just get their own copy of it once per life too

You can never pass fed sentient jewels though, they always make weapons BTC when you slot them

I've passed sentient weapons before. Maybe only certain gems?

I ran Ravenloft a bunch of times to find Bound to Account Morninglord's Scepters for two of my wizards. The dungeon chest in A Raven at the Door tends to drop Morninglord weapons. I asked in the forums for a better option and was pointed at the fusible scepters from Beautiful Nightmares. That worked. My wizards were doing a fair bit more damage. Than dragon breath was zapped. *sigh* I should probably look for a Panascopic Circlet as suggested above but that quest is really not fun and super cynical.

Isle of Dread has even better scepters. More Draino should have even better still. Not really playing now, though. Kinda lost interest.

Got it. Thanks. Was not looking forward to trying for that one.

Was kinda thinkin I should make some kind of Level 29/30 equipment set for my wizards. Something for future runs from 30 to 40. In the old forums, someone designed a set for me that seemed pretty good. Started looking for the pieces. But maybe I should make a Dread set instead when I get that as a gift. But maybe I won't like Dread. Dunno. A lot of moving parts and I am dumb.

That's probably the free one you get after going through Mists. Those are BtC. If you get a random drop in a chest it will be BtA.

Like rabidfox said......Legendary Queen's Sceptre out of Feywild. Exact same mods. Exact same ML. And they're BTA from Crystal turnins.....so.....not an unreasonable amount of farming.....
