Breath spells are cool... but not as strong as they could stand to be or well supported.

So at this point as far as breath spells go we have
  • Dragonborn racial SLA
  • Druid Cold Breath
  • Blightcaster Blighted Breath
  • Alchemist Poison Breath and Gold Breath
  • Every new spell for Dragon Disciple.
The problem is all these spells are a bit weak for epic levels and outside of Dragon Disciple actually weaker than your alternative spells at the same level.
I think a Very Very Vocal equivalent for breath spells in Draconic Incarnation would be a very fitting addition and help broaden spell variety in epics and help Dragon Disciple feel better all around in epic levels.

I would suggest each option in Improved Dragon Breath in tier 4 Draconic Incarnation gains an additional passive effect along the lines of "your non epic strike breath spells deal double damage"

An alternate idea honestly is that for the classes at least each of them has access to an imbue, draconic incarnation has imbue dice.
"Your breath attacks now apply your active imbue's damage" would also be a solid consideration for an upgrade in DI.
It also makes a cohesive upgrade focus for Dragon Disciple (imbue dice benefitting both spells and melee), makes EK and VC feel better about using draconic for imbue dice (energy vortex DB strike applying imbue damage).

That's a solid idea, but I think you'd almost be better off simplifying it. "Your Breath Weapon Attacks deal an additional 1d6 damage per Imbue Die, scaling with Spell Power" or something similar. Certain Imbues would act really weird if they were cast onto a spell (such as Ninja Poison).

that becomes an issue with gold breath as it does both blundgeon and fire damage, so it'd need some working out if it was like that.
