Bubble utility arti build - r10 push raid capable

Fair enough. When I think of low damage I think of All Con all defence like PraetorPlato's Pally build.

This looks like you could be in a group pretending not to be a tank and contributing

My bubble healer build I have posted on the forums is really low damage (just like tanks are or DC casters can be low or near zero damage). But for a pew pew arti, this bubble arti is aimed at utility first, damage is a secondary aspect; it's not a DPS build even if it kills better than some other builds out there.

Shatter Defense (Crossbow): Tactical Ranged Crossbow Attack: +0.5/1/1.5[W]: On Hit: Reduces the target's Armor Class by 5 and lowers fortification by 10%.

The debuff icon it puts on mobs is "improved sunder, fortification-25%".

I'm curious if perhaps something changed and maybe it now triggers Sunder Evil (DC C:4) and/or Sundering Swings (LD T5). 'Course, the debuff icon could simply be "closest generic placeholder" and be completely meaningless as data.
