Bug - Exalted Angel cores and alignment spell powers

EA's +5 aligment spell power per core from it's cores isn't applying to chaos/evil/lawful/good. Here you can see the universal spell power is adding to them, but not the alignment spellpower (while light, fire, and positive goes up by 10 from 5 universal + 5 specific spellpower).

If they're fixing EA, the mantle needs adjusting to trigger from the newer warlock auras: dark bargainer specifically should trigger EA Wrath, but does not.

The problematic EA enhancements are:

- Astral Touch (core 1)
- Subtle Flame (tier 1)
- Divine Protection rank 3 (tier 2)
- Blood and Radiance (tier 4)
