Bug in Den of Vipers?

We had the 2nd head positioned in NE and tried to kill it but it never died. No HP but no luck. It moved around, did damage. We tried other circles but no luck. The Hydra didn't regrow the head either.
Anyone else encountered this?

I'm curious, what difficulty were you on? I've heard of normal difficulty glitching (which I assume could be from too fast of damage breaking scripting).

It was a learning run for pugs, so norm. Ok yeah, too much damage is possible.

Happened for us on LN last night. 2nd head ended up with 0 hp following folks around indefinitely. Raid apparently would not advance. Eventually we started over.
