I am not mad, but this clearly communicates the relationship isn't balanced or fair. I will not spend another penny on this game as I thought my request was reasonable, they had 60 days to fix it and I already accepted getting burned once with the loss of astral shards during transfer.
This issue reflects poorly on SSG and the people making this decision.
