Bug related to previously reported winter wing bug

I reported the bug 52 days ago, but still no response from SSG.

I am glad I was at least able to warn others and save some people from losing their summer wing lute upon turn-in.

I'm extremely disappointed SSG didn't make this right. I wouldn't have invested time in this event if I knew a bug would prevent me from getting the reward I earned.

Its 70 days since black friday sale and I havent receive the bag of ulitmate sharn

SSG closed my refund tickets stating it's a development issue. I replied to re-open the ticket and clarified I expect a refund since the event is officially over and it doesn't appear the issue will be fixed. I haven't received any updates.

I try to be a patient and kind person, but there is a point where I feel like SSG isn't being a fair partner in this vendor/customer relationship. I was going to let it slide that I lost 2k astral shards during the transfer process (I had AS on all servers and it seemed to be working - but somehow having AS on all servers seemed to cause this issue). That AS ticket was logged in July and I still haven't received a response. I was hoping SSG would verify my old balances before they shut down the old servers.

I went ahead and cancelled VIP on 3 accounts so I don't forget - and will be removing all payment information from all 6 accounts. I don't plan on spending another penny on this game unless they either fix this issue or at a minimum fully refund the points I paid for consumables. I realize that isn't likely to happen and have no illusions it will impact SSG's actions, but hey it's documented here with the ticket # regardless.

Once I get a few characters back to cap I am just going to log in for raids a few days a week for now (and of course to get anniversary freebies).

Enough is enough SSG.

I am not mad, but this clearly communicates the relationship isn't balanced or fair. I will not spend another penny on this game as I thought my request was reasonable, they had 60 days to fix it and I already accepted getting burned once with the loss of astral shards during transfer.

This issue reflects poorly on SSG and the people making this decision.
