I did shortly after I posted this. I just wanted to make people aware that it's a problem. Probably not a good idea to collect it when the game is laggy.Open a ticket. https://help.standingstonegames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Make sure you pick the option for not receiving something you paid for. It might take a bit, but from what other players have said, CS will resolve that issue for you.
Your sub expiring by any chance? It sometimes bugs out on the last month of your sub.I tried to collect my reward yesterday, and it said "error try again later". I tried again and it said I'd already collected it, so now I can't get the 50% xp pot.
I guess I'm still used to the "good ole' days" when I got responses within 15 minutes. To expect anything less than a two week turnaround is naively optimistic at best. There are still people waiting for CS to get back to them for over a month or more. You might get lucky or you might get service as usual, which means it could be a few.
Nope, I should be good for a few more months but that's good to know.Your sub expiring by any chance? It sometimes bugs out on the last month of your sub.
And ticket support will help eventually. They helped a lot of others with this issue.. sometimes it's days, weeks or months, but often a pretty easy fix for them to reset the timer for that month.
Too early. CS has a full inbox these days.UPDATE: I have not heard anything back from support other than the "we got your ticket" response.
I didn't even know they were a thing until this life when a guild member pulled one. I've gotten maybe 20 Rare ones across 10 lives, but never seen an uncommon one...I missed out on a whole month of VIP Uncommon collectables.
I think mine was from December 12th and got taken care of a couple days ago. Though I caused a delay by not responding so maybe could have been a few days faster. But 3-4 weeks seems to be the current timetable for things they can fix. Well as long as you get Agent Smith.Too early. CS has a full inbox these days.
I submitted a ticket on December 14th. They resolved it yesterday, successfully. Mr. Smith took the time to look at several possible solutions.
Be patient. As you can see, it took almost a month in my case. In your case, it's only been a few days.
