Buying Chaosmancer

I am not able to buy Chaosmanceer from the store. The account is FIP, but I do have the Myth Drannor expansion. But when I go to account upgrades/races and classes, Chaosmancer does not show up. If I try to purchase from the character creation page the store does not open.

The archtype? It was a year of the dragon give away so perhaps you picked that up.
