Calculating Character DC Issue

Looking for a little help understanding why my DC isn't adding up as I expect. Must be something not stacking that I'm not seeing, or an issue? Any insight appreciated. Here's the breakdown (lvl 32 Warlock, casting hold monster mass):

10 Base
6 Spell level
39 Stat modifier
2 Embolden
4 Scion of fury
1 Feat - Spell focus ench
1 Feat - Greater spell focus ench
1 Planar focus
2 Enhancement tree pts spend - Spell focus enchantment DC
3 Ancient wisdom
4 Epic destiny cores
3 Epic destiny pts spend - Enchantment DCs
2 Topaz of greater ench
2 Horn slot (Isle) for sacred DC
6 Equipment bonus from cloak (ench)
5 Spell focus mastery item
3 Insightful spell focus mastery item
3 Artifact DC from set
2 Profane DC from set
2 Melony's melody filigree set
2 Eye of the beholder filigree set

That should be 103, tool tip tells me 99. I was wondering if the spell focus mastery item and an item with a specific enchantment equipment DC would stack, but if they did not, I should be at 98 not 99. Spell focus items do not specify a type of DC in their description so makes me think it should stack, but it is DOO... Anyone see anything wrong with the above and why it should not be 103? Appreciate the help.

They dont stack no. Prolly the 1 DC extra is for 2 cha on filigrees.

Spell focus mastery and enchantment equipment bonus do not stack.

Don't you have wizard past life feat, or epic spell focus enchantment? Either would explain 1 extra DC you're getting.

What race is your toon? Some races as elf, drow, sun elf give enchantament in their trees.

For what it's worth you're missing Quality Spell Focus Mastery.

Thanks, the charisma on the filigrees is factored into the charisma modifier. Good to know they do not stack. At least that's part of the explanation.

Wizard PL are +2 to spell pen and DC to wands, not DC to spells. Epic spell focus enchantment already listed (3).

Thanks will give that a shot and see what gives. Always a game of resources, will look for a quality spell focus mastery item and see if I can squeeze it in somewhere without losing something of equal or great value

Wizard PL are +2 to spell pen and DC to wands, not DC to spells. Epic spell focus enchantment already listed (3).

That is the passive bonus. Active Wizard PL gives +1 DC to all schools
