Can someone help me figure out whats going on?

I have been noticing that this life I keep getting a massive amount of grazing hits (compared to what I'm used to seeing).
I did an against the demon queen raid and noticed that against her I was grazing on 12 +112. While a guildy was hitting with x-bows with less bonus and not grazing much at all.
Its a full 20 levels of dark hunter, throwing a dagger (epic ethereal dagger from the borderlands), currently level 24.
Any ideas?
Edit: I'm not sure how to make the image larger in imgur, sorry about that.

I didn't see it on your hotbars, but if it's on then it's on. (maybe toggle if off and back on in case it's not working right?)

I did and then did a r1 von 3, the elder beholder at the end I rolled a 10 +110 and got a graze. I would understand if I was trying to do a legendary quest, but von 3? I'm just getting frustrated now.

interesting. though from grazing on a 12, it would just change that to grazing on an 11 according to that post. still seems to need a REALLY high to hit for a level 22 quest/raid. Should it take higher than a 124 to not graze on r1 on her?

im not sure what was happening, after I hit 25-26 I haven't seen a grazing hit since... despite nothing changing except for getting a level or two. Just glad that its not happening anymore as it was getting really frustrating.

I always assumed level of the dungeon or level of the thing you were fighting played into it, because it has always seemed to me like I would get a lots of grazing hits when running a dungeon over my level with a melee or ranged.

I look at the calculations online and see that level isn't officially part of the calculation, but I would swear it happens. Does dungeon scaling affect it in any way?

I was running ADQ (a base level 22 quest) at 24. While that's not running it over level, it's also not running it below level from everything I know about ddo.

Its been a week and I got to cap and TRd, and that was the last area where I was getting significant amounts of grazes, so it may just be that those quests have a higher than normal AC for a bunch of its monsters. I will check again this life once I get into Epics.

Raids didn't get squished as much as quests, or at all in most sub 30 cases, plus you are losing the old filled Shiradi ED with armor destruction.

So your character is weaker relative to low epic raid content.

I can confirm this wasn't a fluke, both the Efreeti Elite Guard & Lailat herself have too high AC. Even on a level 32 well-built toon you still graze noticeably. Same is likely true for other similar raids (Chronoscope, maybe even VoN) and maybe the VoN 3 Beholder you mention earlier also suffers from the same issue.
