Can we please get away from this Codex of Infinite planes thing?

It seems to me that it also serves as a plot hook/reason to be going to other DnD verses and including those modules (like Slave Lords) in what is otherwise the Eberron campaign setting. I appreciate the attempt to link everything together somehow. Is it really that big a deal? DDO isn't exactly story driven like a PnP campaign can be.

There's an rule of thumb in script writing where you don't repeat something more than three times in a row. Unless you're Seth McFarlane and you blow right through that number, with increasing successive repeats making the mockery of the rule amplify the effect. The codex is so overused in DDO it's become as funny as Seth McFarlane's overuse of repeating the same dialogue.

I was thinking the stupid pages might be from the book Vecna carries around but nope! Different book.

Yeah... point of exhaustion reached.

One of the great things about Ravenloft - it had its own cool story and nothing to do with the codex.

That was the nether scrolls, totally different scraps of paper with unimaginable power. ;)

We have had codex pages since ToEE, update 25 in 2015 though

Exactly!

Everybody knows the Codex page is with Harry, he is just mocking us as always. Because everybody died on the Shroud and is trapped on Harry Jigsaw nightmare.
