Can you still undelete characters? (if VIP)

There are instructions on standing stone games website, but they are old and the options on the in game help menu aren't there anymore.

I just noticed there are instructions to undelete your character in the "Account Support FAQ" sticky in this sub-forum. Again the instructions are no longer valid. There is no 'Premium Support' options anywhere.

I hope so. I left 100's of rare scrolls in a mule I was planning on deleting after I did a server transfer and got ahead of my self it might be where I lost 30k essences and an entire collection of crafted shards. wanted to bring my crafting supplies. years of rare scrolls collected, merged and then deleted with the mule arghhhhhhhhhh

I was able to find the essences I lost track of , and SSG did undelete my Toon . which didn't take long just needed to wait it out. not sure if the character bank scrolls will show up . if not will have to start a new collection. but SSG was fantastic in doing what they could.
