Yes, there are a million threads about cancelling.

I am leaving:
1. MD loot and mechanisms
2. lag (which i dont really have but its ridiculous it is an issue for others)
3. new server/hardware shows total developer/test fail. what am i paying for if the devs are unable to clear up years long issues?
4. disconnect between (developers) and player base
5. continuous list of attempts to remedy lag that have resulted in significant decrease in capability or failed in compromise for the attempt
6. endless efforts to drain BIG money from players
7. TR cache/banking/bank space ($$$$ and its never enough. i should never need several alts just for banks..........)
8. lack of understanding on developers part that hey! maybe not everything has to be created equal! are all having fun? then just accept there will always be imbalance and stop massive game wide nerfs to address edge cases.

Back to city of heroes, this was a giant waste of 2 years.

Would you like to have a seat right over here?

First of all, thank you for coming.
Can we start by discussing what seems to be bothering you? I hear from others it might be 'lag'?

Instead of fixes being the priority more nerfs
I have a honest question: Your sig says:
"Uninstall Levels of Awful"

Why are you still here if game is THAT bad? (even better, you once mentioned owning Darling, who is higher tier Vecna, and I saw your sig long before Vecna preorder, so you bought higher tier expansion for game that is "Uninstall Levels of Awful")

when I play a game and decide it's "Uninstall Levels of Awful" bad I quit it and ignore it's existence (quite a few games on that list) but you're still here... and spending money

what keeps you here?

forum toxicity? I can understand why SSG staff doesn't post here, especially after checking official discord, since forums ARE TOXIC, especially people like you, who have "SSG can not do anything right" mantra. I also wouldn't show my face somewhere where posters attack me.

I never owned darling i use lilos

All of last years nerfs followed by ED a geddon and horrible boring gear since the squish and mega server ageddon

I'm not spending money give us gear that drops maybe i would i really wanted to re gear this year maybe in 2 years

Some shiny new good gear would of gone along way to keeping paying customers happy

The extra-low drop rates of some MD loot is the precise reason why I am just not bothering to play that content.

The only thing I'm really doing in MD is the raid and the slayer area...hardly worth what I paid for the MD expansion.

I won't be making that mistake again. If this new "model" of poor drop rates for desirable loot continues for new expansions, I won't be buying them beyond just the cheapest content-only versions.

Criticism is not toxicity, it seems from the poster you are quoting’s reply, that they simply want SSG to uninstall there recent decisions in the game because they are awful decisions in that posters opinion.

Of course you are welcome to do whatever you want when you feel a game is not working for you but others dont have to act in the same manner as you.

I am not sure if you are having a hard time being articulate, because it is unclear why you are referencing toxicity and ssg?

Fixes are only the priority now that they churned out 2 major "cash" grabs.

Fixes needs to be more steady with less cash grabs or players will continue to leave. Only reason I haven't is I didn't buy MG or Vecna, or the last 6 until I had points.

The Dev/Player disconnect + the Forum/Staff disconnect has me very concerned. Then again, the USA is possibly going to elect a traitor, so . . .
Of course politics had to be added. Why can't it be kept out of conversations related to a game? Please.

It's the same sickness - both carried to their logical conclusion. Funneh? you didn't comment on the rest of the post.

IMO from what has been said they have been trying to do "fixes" to the game due to lag. They had been unable/slow to because of the server level lags that has drowned out specific lag reports. Their answer was to update to the 64-bit server. During the stress test #1 & #2 they were able to find specific lag bugs and were fixing them not just for Cormyr but also for the live servers. Now they did know that going to 64-bit there may be specific issues, which actually cropped up on the initial launch on Wednesday. The post from Felsyn gathered a lot of information from discord that I did not know (shout out to Felsyn for excellent work).
Again imo going forward it looks like they are going to be focused on the "fixing" of issues surrounding Cormyr with some of that also helping the other live servers. Remember that Cormyr is in part in response to people asking SSG to fix lag.

If Cormyr was in response to lag, it would have been introduced LONG BEFORE giving it to LoTRO - unless LoTRO was actually the test rat. Evidence suggests otherwise.

re: Felsytn, It's funny (not) that Saltmarsh is stubborn. That just tells me they're not keeping coders because Saltmarsh is "new.". But yes, BIG shout out to USERS/PLAYERS telling us what's going on. Assuming they're a player as one never knows anymore on these interwebs, even one as regulated as this.

All I care to hear about Cormyr is when I can transfer anything to it. I'm not spending time or points or USD to build again.
