Funny how over the last month i have tried to cancel my subscription to DDO and all i get is Failed to cancel the enrollment every time i hit cancel subscription. I guess they really do not want to loose more people. So had to call bank and explain the situation. I even tried contacting customer support ticket no response in over a month. Never had issues before not sure what is going on that is for sure.
