Cannot buy DDO Points

The new store now does not let me buy using anything other than steam (even with card info added to main store page). I am in Canada, when I try to purchase via steam link it sends to the steam store but lists the purchase at the USD price but as CAD (doesn't convert the cost) and no matter how much more steam wallet is available it fails to make the transaction. I assume this is because since its trying to take it as CAD at the US price it isn't covering the cost. Sent a ticket 5 hours ago, but figured maybe coming here I may get a response quicker. Any help is welcomed, I may be missing where / how you change the store to CAD instead of USD, but cannot find it anywhere.

Update, is it allows me now to see the usd price and the conversion required, I have more than enough in the steam wallet, and still same error code, I updated my ticket with screenshots and hopefully it helps, but even trying twice a day each day including today... and now it seems my vip was not renewed and its only allowing again through steam even with my card info on file. Hopefully gets fixed soon, suck to miss out on the coupons, on top of the content I already wasn't able to run this past few days with friends due to missing content tied to vip. New store I get needs some things ironed out, and that takes time, just hope I dont lose out because it doesn't work for me.

I'm also having trouble purchasing points, I cannot pay with paysafe card, the option is not shown. I'm living in Switzerland, and I could use paysafe cards in LOTRO without problems before the store update (I'm new to DDO). Perhaps it's a problem because I'm on an English server instead of a German one in DDO (Ghallanda).

Same. I'm in Canada. My ticket has also not received a response. It's obviously an international thing. Some sort of statement that this is a known issue, and is being investigated would be appreciated.

Last update I received was its being looked into, please be patient and to look at the forums for a resolution response, until than my ticket is on hold.
Its not much of an update, but hope it helps others in the situation to know, to submit a ticket and eventually the answer will be on here.

this was using different PCs, steam and stand alone launchers. Both external store selected and unselected in the ui menu. all cookies allowed from the store. No other option other than steam during the purchase but clicking the top selection of payment methods, it shows my card info. Hope any of this info helps resolve the issue, and that those affected also dont lose out on the coupons that were available when the store was broken for them.

Yep. Tried all those as well with the same results.

Maybe I should add that I'm playing on a Mac, and I'm executing the standalone Windows version of the game by using wine.

I don't think it matters what you're using as the main issue is that the store isn't apparently accepting payments from outside of the U.S.

Once they announce it's fixed (assuming SSG still want money) and if you still have an issue then you should look at your config.

I'm a software dev, such tiny, seemingly irrelevant things can matter. E.g. webpage worked perfectly on my computer, but keeps reloading on my co-worker's computer until he manually deletes a cookie, webpage works perfectly in Firefox, but has flaws in Edge... Luckily, it was still on a testing server at that moment and only for internal use, but still, different "equipment" matters.

Also, I'm not shown the option for steam, only for credit card, amazon pay, and paypal. I don't have a credit card or amazon pay, and not enough funds in my paypal account at the moment, so I would like to pay with paysafe card, which should be possible according to my location and the description of the new store (double-checked it), but the option isn't shown to me.

And given what other people here describe, it looks like there are also some troubles with displaying the appropiate options for a country, on top of the conversion problems.

I was able to now purchase both VIP and Points without an issue. So it seems to have been fixed, and thank you those who made that happen! now hopefully didnt miss out on the coupons due to this issue and there is some kind of workaround

Still can't buy anything. What did you do to get it to work?

I was able to pay via paysafe card, and also got a receipt by paysafecard itself that the payment worked, but the points aren't on my account yet. I payed for them about 10 minutes ago, points still aren't visible, and I also didn't get any confirmation from DDO besides a short screen that the points will be on my account soon. I tried restarting the game already.
