Cannot buy DDO Points

I just checked the transaction history of my DDO account, the transaction is still pending, and says "payment source unavailable". I also checked my funds on my paysafe account, and the money is definetely gone.

Logged out of the ddo client, than reset my pc and it worked. Mind you none of these steps worked for myself either till after the store was taken down for the two hour maintenance and brought back up.

I am experiencing the same problem, unable to buy DDO points either from my card nor Steam wallet. I live in Czech Republic.

Im in same camp. Store prompted steam. Steam asks to add funds to steam wallet. So i do. Steam asks to logim. I do. Then i click authorize and it gets redirection and just error has occured. No deductions in steam wallet. Cant pay for points, vip or expansion. Since i already added nearly 150 euros to buy lots of stuff to steam wallet i am not willing to experiment with alternative payment methods. If that would even be possible because steam is shown as only selectable option

Today's maintenance work included Store work to correct some Steam-related payment issues. Players running the game client through Steam should be properly able to make purchases through Steam, and players not using the Steam game client should no longer in some cases encounter a "connect to Steam" screen.

Still doesnt work. I made a new account. Steam purchases work properly. Old account does not. Id like to keep using my old account. Because one account does work and other not it means the error is on SSG side not steam side. I would guess it is something to do with your payment logic looking at account state or previous payment methods because i was using a debit card years a go but want to use steam, wallet now. The new account doesnt have any payment methods in its history and thats why it probably succeeded.
It gets even worse. Trying to cancel the subscription for the new account just errors out. Please fix this store state fast. As this thread is growing its clear there are many people who would like to purchase things from ddo store and also if the subscription is not cancellable the only way is to ban SSG on a bank level which has its own set of consequences in EU
