Cannot log in even after password change

I am not sure if this happened during one of the updates or what not, but I am unable to log into my account. I have changed the password numerous times. I still keep getting
  • The username and password combination you have entered was not valid. Remember that password is case sensitive.
I have submitted a ticket and am waiting on a response. I was curious if anyone has ran into this problem? I have been playing this game for a VERY long time and it seems in the past month or so things have been a little wonky. If a Dev is reading this could you please help me get back into my account please. :)
