Cannot Press Escape, F1-F12, 2

This has been bothering me for a while. I don't know what causes it. I have tried everything to see how to trigger or untrigger it.
It will happen, then it will work again randomly after maybe 10 seconds.
It's only these buttons but they are important buttons for me.

Are you holding down multiple keys when it fails? (Like W & D?) If so, you might look to see if it's the result of n-key rollover (a google search will link to info on it and how to test your keyboard).
