can't load the game

I was getting stuck while starting the game. It states "Installing Pre-Requisites" while trying to log in. I have rebooted my pc. I have also renamed my backup file. So now I decided to uninstall the game and reinstall it. but now when i try to reinstall it I get the following message:

Hmmm… can't reach this page​

signup.ddo.com took too long to respond


Try:
  • Checking the connection
  • Checking the proxy and the firewall
  • Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT


I know my internet connection is good as I can get on other sites.
Please help.

Copy-and-paste that Google Drive URL he placed between the code block into your web browser address bar, and visit it. For example: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B3Q0p7xoRKsZX3RJZU10bHo4WDg?resourcekey=0-DW1Ma2pLUC53x4km9opVnw&usp=sharing

He probably didn't want the link to be directly clickable and visited by robots, so put it in the code block instead.

I am sorry about that, I often forget that people are not always used to doing this sort of thing so my apologies.

But yes the link above by DYWYPI is the one you need. Copy and paste that in to your browser and download every file you see. Once done you can run the .exe and it will install the game for you. It might need to download some small patches but it shouldn't take very long (I don't update it for the small patches between big updates otherwise I would be doing nothing else).

I started the updates but wrapper 6 and 7 wont load

I was finally able to start the download now I get an update error.
there was an error generating the hash code for a patch file.

I have 32 bit clicked but when i sent the dxdiag file that support asked for they said it was set at 64.
Is there a way to completely delete the files from my computer and try to reinstall?
I pulled out my old laptop and am getting the same problem. two different OS one is windows 10 the other window 11.

If you have used my wrapper to install the game then you can just delete the files inside the folder where it was installed to.

Check the proxy settings in the launcher and set it to use the systems proxy settings and try again.
