Can't transfer character because needs to reincarnate

I have a level 32 iconic who I need to transfer. Unfortunately, all of the seeds were in my crafting bank when I sent some other toons on the account to the new server. So now I can't transfer, nor do I have the ability to make a Heart of Blood to finish the reincarnation process.

So transfer and then reincarnate.
Need more info, not seeing the problem here.

They supposedly fixed the issue of having to empty your reincarnation cache, as you no longer have to do it, if that's what you were waiting for.

(Me, personally, I went ahead and emptied mine, so there's one less thing to worry about, but with transfers ending soon until they get the ghost worlds up this may be your only option for now.)

You still can log into the character, no?
Just run 21 quests if you are at cap you should get the option for 2 seeds.
