Can't unpack a character

Not sure if this has been addressed somewhere is so link it.
One of my chars transferred to server the guild they were in didn't go to.
Now that character won't unpack. I tried to join a new guild but the game said i am unable to join a new game until I unpack.
Is there a remedy to this?

A new addition to our transfer guidance:

If you are in a guild that you intended to leave, or that you know will never transfer from a 32-bit game world and you forget to leave your guild before packing, there is a command that will delete the guild data from your character permanently. The command is /transfer delete guild. This command will permanently delete your individual guild information with no ability to recover. THIS CHANGE CANNOT BE UNDONE. This command is useful for players who find themselves unable to unpack their guild information because the guild is never established on a destination world, or for players who fail to leave a guild prior to packing that they indended to leave.

Not part of the guild thing. If you try to unpack now it says " unpacking currently disabled on this world" for some reason. I don't remember ever seeing a mention that this was going to happen.

It should've been disabled last night at midnight before downtime and turned back on by now. Is it still turned off and what world?

I’m not sure if this is still required, but are you trying to unpack anywhere other than the Lordsmarch Bank in the Marketplace?
