Can't use forums from Android

I am trying to access forums.ddo.com from an android tablet. After turning off Android's auto-capitalization, I enter my username and password for my forum/game account and instead of being presented with the forum I am directed to the Register using Game Account screen with a prompt for username and date of birth.

Entering my username results in the error "Usernames must be unique. The specified username is already in use." Please correct whatever is preventing me from logging into the forums website from Android.

Which browser are you using on your android tablet to acess the forum? Which os update on the android tablet are you on? No problems here.

You should not get diverted to the account registration screen with user name and date of birth. it alslmost sounds like a phishing attempt to gain access to your account. do you have any extensions installed on your android tablet browser?

ok, now its working and I can log in from Android.

Using Chrome (version 151), android 16. So was apparently an intermittent issue. Is it okay if I blame xfinity?
