Card of Curse Cleansing Availability

Just let me choose curses.
Not in a "curse isn't random" way, just in a "curse and know the result before locking it in" way.
That seems pretty reasonable. You are still burning through cards, but cleansing cards would only be necessary if you already locked in a result and then changed your mind.

How about 1k of each card (Accursed, Forbidden, Otherworldly, Uncanny) in trade for 1 Card of Curse Cleansing. This would mean 8ish saga runs on Epic Elite per type of card. Not fast but still doable and could be shortened with running the Illithid quests also. (I would think 5 runs at 600 each.)

20k-50K of remnants? The cosmetics cost 10k so that is why I chose that range.

100K of Comms? (I was thinking 42K so it was the equivalent of 10 Epic Reincarnations, however with the continued opening up of Legendary levels the amount of Commendations of Valor is going to go up so 100k seems more reasonable.)

5k-10k of Threads of Fate? (~7,000 = 100 EE cap raids with optionals)

My 2 cents: This would give multiple avenues of getting the Card of Curse Cleansing while still making it difficult to get.

I would prefer they remove curses from the game. Instead of acting as a bonus effect, getting the "great" effect has become a thing some people feel they need and since, as pointed out, the odds of ever getting that effect are quite low, the whole system is going to lead to disappointment. I do not think they should make it easier to get effects since this becomes a significant power creep that we have spent several years trying to move away from.
Another great approach frankly.

I found one in Epic Ravenloft. It was about a month since I last played in Epic Ravenloft I am sure the map had even disappeared. So perhaps spacing out gameplay in that way increases chances with loot with zero ransack. Wild guess but buy one in potions tab auction house more likely.

Fortune bonus is fortunate. Just understand that this is the concept you are playing with.

I understand people don't like RNG, but this is what this system is.

Just roll stuff on items that you can use on different characters or sell on AH to someone that finds them useful.

raid threads, mysterious remnants and comms of valour all need some loving as many people have stacks building up with nothing to spend them on. There should be an uber turn in of all combined for a card cleanser.

Yes, some version of this.

I recall the decision to end the S/S/S era and just let people have their eROSS's on the justification that we'd already been farming this stuff for years, and so our unmatched S/S/S stuff could become something useful was a great QoL choice as well as basically fair.

And emptied out a bunch of green bags. It comes up periodically that our inventories and bank accounts are contributing to server load; but we're hauling all this stuff around because there have been times in the past when suddenly something old became useful again (festival twigs, Ratcatcher).

You could even make a little festival out of it, a time-travelling Yugoloth trader is suddenly buying old mushrooms and Sovereign Runes and red augment crystals and swamp pearls and those things from the system I didn't pay attention to.

But some combo of Threads/Comms/Rems, even in fairly large stacks, would be simple and good.

Very good idea but I will NEVER give up my hard farmed Golden Pearls! (50+ of them) Unless maybe for a Card of Curse Cleansing. . .

It would be great if strands of prayer beads and blades of the dark six were suddenly useful in any way at all.
