I recently played through Catastrophe and noticed at the very start in the ritual chamber, there is a chalkboard with the Draconic script Iokharic. Converting it from Iokharic into the English alphabet gives the following text, which I believe is likely a complex cipher of some sort:
FD DJHJ34 2T2L
HN9K AHG KS
K4 246L L7L3 41 K
GKLS EKI AG SE
ADSW0

Has anyone decoded this message? The way it's written makes it look like it might be a signed letter of some sort, but all of my attempts to crack it haven't worked out. There are a lot of numbers in it as well which is pretty abnormal, but if anyone recognized the encoding that would be a huge help.
I've compiled some potentially relevant information about the quest that might aid in cracking it, if the last bit is a name it might be feasible to get from there.
The ritual chamber has many flags of the Dragonmarks with effects coming from them, with one spot where one would be expected but only an effect present, which I'm assuming is the Mark of Death or some sort of aberrant Dragonmark, but haven't checked into them too thoroughly. There's also a semi-ethereal large rat, presumably Murph from the quest, sitting behind some barrels, along with what might be a Reaper shield on top of some shelves. The other transformed NPCs also could be relevant, in particular figuring out what the item Gerald Lenith (The mimic) stole from Argonnessen and what happened to it might be useful, and perhaps figuring out the Argonnessen member that Felix Firebrand (The Mephit) got killed. Does anyone know if their storylines are connected to any existing content?
The cipher makes me think of Vecna since he's a god of secrets, but I haven't played through the latest expansion quite yet so I'd be missing any connection from Vecna Unleashed, and it seems more likely be tied to Velah or Cydonie, maybe Vol or the Emerald Claw, or maybe Kor Kaza and the Chronoscope in some way. Given that the cat is transformed into a red dragon in the quest, my train of thought is that perhaps it was some sort of ritual to restore Velah to a new body that was interrupted, but it's pretty much purely conjecture.
There have also been a number of rat related quests lately, and they seem to be building the story up a bit of a Wererat Thieve's Guild. Murph is the only real connection I'm aware of there though, but if Vecna Unleashed has some more connections they might be worth exploring.
