Certain +8 named items only giving +5

As the title states, certain +8 items are only giving me +5. My Bronze Dragonscale Belt (+8 Con), Celestial Ruby RIng (+8 Dex), and Celestial Sapphire Ring (+8 Int), along with a slotted +8 Wisdom augment are only giving me +5 for each respective stat. What's even weirder is that my Collective Sight (+8 STR/+3 Ins STR) is giving me the proper +11 to STR.

I don't have anything in my gear set that would absorb +3 to any ability score, and I've relogged multiple times.

Anybody else running into this?

Just verified that a +8 Charisma augment is also only giving me +5.

You wouldn't happen to be using a Globe of Imperial Blood augment for +3 to all stats would you?

1) Unequip all,
2) Die - to get rid of any temporary buffs.
3) Equip the +8 item and check again.
4) One of the chat windows (is it the combat log?) offers information about stacking, read that carefully.

Sorry, but I’ve logged in complete and utter frustration for the night. I’ll waste time on that effort later.

Phiarian buffs give +4 so it's not that

If it were slotted into your STR item, it would. But if you don't have one, then ?‍

that looks like a pointer to the wrong scale , the one of the former augments before revamp.

K, just got home and logged on. Not sure what was going on last night cuz everything is now giving me the proper +8.

Wish I could blame alcohol, but the 2 snorts of whiskey I had last night isn't going to get me very drunk.
