Changing end reward

I know this has been discussed before for other quests and I have seen it for other quests, but I thought it had been fixed.
Just now I finished running Captive of the Hidden God and when I tried to collect my end reward from Foxpaw, the list changed from level 8-10 items to a smaller list of level 1-2 items.

That quest has a weird bug, it gives you rewards twice. You can claim an item off both reward lists.

You get both. So are you complaining that you get two rewards instead of one? Yeah, that second one is pretty much worthless, but still. It is a weird bug no doubt.
