Character Bank is "Full" even though its 160/260

Trying to TR and empty my TR Cache and my Character Bank claims to be full at 160/260/
I did check and my VIP status is still ongoing in case it was related to that.
Anyone experience this? Will fiddle with it.
I can move some BTA stuff if I need to, but sometimes stuff like this is an easy fix.

Grabbed a couple things out of the Character Bank to make it 158/260 and it still claims to be "full"

OK, once I cleared the TR Cache, I had access to the whole Character Bank again.

Sometimes you have go TR cache > personal inventory > bank with an item. If you go TC cache>bank you can get an error like that. Doesn't happen to everyone nor all the time.

Ive had it happen a couple of times for the entire life and it only cleared itself after a TR.
