character transfer is blocked

I packed characters on the old 32 bit servers, when all packed I used the transfer wizard to batch transfer the "select all" from Orien to Shadowdale, and that worked for that one batch, but now the transfer wizard will not show me any of the other packed characters from the 32 bit packed servers to allow transfer. The "select all" option is there, but there are no character names there to select.
Did I mess this up somehow?

hey! I haven't had that specific issue, but as someone who just returned after 15 years, I packed my main character on Orien (can confirm it's packed via the character select screen) and when I attempt to use the transfer feature Orien doesn't even show up in the list of servers to select.

I submitted a transfer request ticket through the help desk, so we'll see how that goes

Actually, I checked a few minutes ago and it looks like the transfer service is working appropriately. I was able to transfer my character no problem!
