Character Transfer Wizard wait time.

I am getting a network request failure screen in the transfer wizard at varying points. I do always have to wait a long, long time for the wizard, but have not successfully transferred anything yet.

Anyone have a time frame between completing the transfer wizard with message 'you have successfully transferred' and receiving an email confirmation? I have been waiting ~ 30 minutes with no email.

I packed a character from my alternate free to play account. Just a lvl 4 fighter with no reincarnation cache and no shared bank, only personal inventory and personal bank space. The pack seemed to go fine. I then went to the Transfer Wizard. As others have posted, it took some time...10 minutes, maybe more, before the Wizard allowed me to initialize the transfer. Once I did I got the pop up message that the transfer had been initiated and that I would receive an email when the character was done transferring. Sigh, that has been almost 50 minutes ago and still no e-mail. This will be a test of patience.

Hoping that that transfer will eventually go through and be fine. Once that happens I'll scan the forums to see if any horror stories have occurred and if not then transfer my main character from my main account. She has so many past lives and account add-ons and gear that I can only imagine it will take much longer for hers to go through.

It took mine about 45 minutes or so. The hour glass part when you click on transfer.. that itself took about 10 minutes. So over all about 1 hour

I been waiting well over 30 minutes for it to work.

all toons packed, not been able to see Argo on the Select World step on the transfer wizard. Been at it for an hour lol. Guess no DDO for me as everyone packed and cannot move them XD

Because of this waiting, I had to clean dirty dishes! If this keeps up, my place may get really clean and no one wants that!

My experience: logged on 2:45ish, login to main world was quick and packed a character. Relog was fine and selected transfer. Transfer window hourglass took about 10 minutes to clear and I had options to transfer. Selected worlds for transfer and logged back out at 3:05. Email was received at 3:56 eastern. I logged to new world and everything seems in order. Just posting so people see some timeframes and at least one confirmation that a toon with a fair amount of stuff has successfully transferred.
