Character Transfers

Hello, can you still transfer characters off old servers? I have characters on Thelanis.

I reviewed: https://www.ddo.com/guides/ddo-transfer-guide

I logged in and typed '/transfer pack' but the command gave an error.

If free transfers are no longer a thing, are paid transfers still an option? I can't seem to find any update information on this, and I can not find anything in the in-game store.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Use your mount to bring all the toons you want to transfer off a server inside the Lordsmarch Plaza Bank before typing "/transfer pack" on any of them.

Your shared bank, shards, cosmetic pets, and _stable_ goes away with the 1st toon you pack. I ended up having to run all my bank toons there by foot after I moved my main.

They pause transfers from time to time to reset the system, let it catch up etc.... so you might have logged in during one of those times. So just keep trying on and off til you hit an open window.

Transfers will be allowed until Oct. 2027.

You can still log into Thelanis to get to your character(s). While you wait for an open transfer window, go ahead and prep them by getting anything off the auction house, mail etc.... then use the /transfer Pack command on all of them.

Anyone having a tough time getting the old servers to even open? I can't even get character selecting screen up and the one time I did and clicked on a character it froze me out. So I've literally been unable to even get in. Thoughts? Thank you in advance
