Haven't done much yet but everything feels a little too picked up and clean (just did initial adventure and explored wilderness a bit). I suspect they have re-animated street sweepers???

Environments overall are a bit sterile. There should be more mess and detrious inside and out.

Places like Chicago and Detroit are very "picked up and clean" for the first two hours or so after a blizzard. The better way of thinking about it is that everything is swept under the rug of snow. When I was young I lived in Milwaukee. From just a couple of blocks east from where the state fair park is now all the way down to the lake was old Victorian factories with those huge incinerator type smoke stacks coming from the old coal furnaces. Everything including those filthy old factories looked somehow clean and new, primarily because the areas where the soot built up is also where the snow tended to build up. Some years later I lived elsewhere in a blighted area and my place was across from an ice cream cone factory. Every time it snowed the neighborhood was reborn and the smell of vanilla from the factory went a long way to convince your brain that you were living in a giant tub of ice cream.
