FOM was nerfed heavily in the 2010s when certain people cried in the forums to make the game difficult. It is not the FOM in D&D right now.

while i agree - fom should never have worked on this. its a physical poison thats doing it. just like if i cut you feet off you cant walk and fom doesnt help....

In NWN FoM was much more useful than it is in DDO, one of he rare things that are more powerful in base rules of D&D than in DDO
