Conjured bolts...borked?

I have noticed that I am not getting the +2 +3 ect as I gain levels. Is this something that anyone else is noticing?

Did you inscribe the spell from scroll as opposed to selecting from levelling..

Bug (or DDO WAI as it has been ignored from fixing since implementation):
Inscribing this spell from a scroll, instead of learning it during leveling, results in the caster knowing and casting the scroll version (produces only +1 bolts) instead of the Artificer spell version version (bolts scale with Arti Level, from +1 to +6).

Also: The Inquisitive SLA is not intended to create anything more powerful than +1 bolts.

Does it matter at all? Remember that enhancement bonus from bolts does NOT stack with the enhancement bonus from your crossbow. So as long as you aren't using some old and obsolete gear, the bonus from crossbow will be higher than the one on conjured bolts.

Last time I ran Arti (about a month ago) the conjured bolts were still above +1 they went up +1 every 4 lvls....still low lvl at the moment and it would help some lol

What he means is if the crossbow you are using is +5, the ammo you are using is irrelevant unless it's +6 or higher as the crossbow + will override the ammo.

Yep true...still low lvl and Xbow not that great atm

This is why I use flame bolts once my crossbow matches or outclasses the regular summoned bolts. The enchantments don't stack, so I'll take the d6 flame damage. It's not much, but it's an average of 9-10 extra damage per volley.
