Connections issues all (CET) morning

From 20% packet loss to 0 to 10 to 0 when solo to connection disconnected.

I played for an hour on my lunch (CET) on Cannith. It was a very wonky experience from time to time.

Yep. It appears that server lag made by code now has a friend... data center latency issues.

Had just completed a raid on Saturday when the servers died. When able to log in about 10 minutes later, we were all still in group. It appears the data center is having issues.

Right now between 8 and 13% packet loss on Orien.
And it started when we triggered the sharn 2 final quest's mob spawn, the forgewraiths and whisps and whatnot.
Now that the instance destructed, it's gone.
It affected the whole "server", not just our group inside the quest.

Somehow i stayed on Saturday. My whole party got disconnected, the forums said all the servers went down, but I was still there on Thelanis. Must have been my awesome connection refusing to be downed. I could barely move, but stayed on.

I restarted the client a couple times and it got past that. Not sure what the issue is though.

Happened tonight again to me too. Three attempts did not work so I restarted my computer. Got right in after that, though this is definitely not how I'd like the login process to go.

I have been trying for more than six hours, several times an hour and multiple restarts. I still can't get past downloading to login.
I am persistent, but this is ridiculous.
Please let me know if anyone else has been able to enter game since 21:00 (CET) 25.11.
From Denmark login has been impossible for me

Mates, I can't login since yesterday. Error downolading content, and error here, error there. I'll have to reinstall, AGAIN for third time this year... this is ridiculous!!!

So many TCP Retransmission packets with 198.252.160.59, no wonder it is taking forever and a day. That server or network is super sad at the moment.

Well not so lucky tonight. I got in once, but had to do something and was logged out when I got back. Stuck again.

Yeah the Client has been problematic as of late, not sure whats going on there. Error loading this and that, stuck in retrieving blah blah. Constant problem - hope it'll pass soon

Game instacrashes after getting past login and choosing server, before getting to character selection screen. Kind of a bummer.

Even after repairing files and rebooting PC. Not sure what more I could do - worked fine earlier in the evening.

It's not you, woq. It's a fairly widespread problem. The problem has to be on SSG's side. Don't waste your time with reinstalls. When so many people are affected, it's not a problem with the user's local copy.

Tomorrow SSG will fix it. Or at least give us news about it.

I think they need to grant the patience feat for free going forward.

Have a look in your DDO directory for

dndclient_[number].log
and/or
dndclient64_[number].log

and see if they tell you anything useful. I think you guys might be having a variety of different issues from each other, logs will help diagnose.

There will probably be many of them. Mine go up to "dndclient64_15", look at the most recent one (sorting by Date Modified helps)
