Convert max guild renown earned to XP

Since the guild renown are not used when a guild is level 200. We should convert every 1 guild renown earned to 1 XP when in a guild level 200. It would make the guild renown always useful. What do you guys think?

It would just make anyone not in a level 200 guild feel bad, like they were being punished by getting less XP. We've already got all ship buffs and goodies, really don't need more.

I'd rather guild renown gained past max level be stored as a buffer for if/when renown goes down (due to someone leaving, or decay if it exists) it will take from the buffer and - if it's large enough - not result in losing guild level 200.

There are plenty of things that need time and attention. This isn't one of them. There's plenty of XP in the game.

so you want a quick way of getting all your past lives because of the size of your guild? LOL NO!!! How about they reinstitute guild decay for all guilds over the 150 mark, then you will have to actually work to keep your guild at the top!

Guild decay is dumb. Apply the same logic to individual players and there would be a revolt.

After Guild L150, it's nothing but bragging rights, anyway. I'm not sure what the point of an extra 50 pointless levels is.

I wish there was an infinite guild level.
Most of the high levels are bragging rights anyways.
Just give a max level of whatever stores the variable for guild level, with exponential renown costs.
Let the people that want bragging rights for the bestest overachieving guild actually have something to fight for.

Renown beyond Guild level 150 is meaningless unless you care about bragging rights. And, imo, bragging rights are rather minimal for something so many have achieved.

Can't think of any reason why guild renown beyond 200 should do anything at all, but if anything, they should raise the guild level cap and add increasing levels of renown decay... make having a high guild level actually something to brag about.

But.. bottom line? Not worth investing one minute of programmer time, imo.

The Reaper wings are at least translucent. The butterfly wings from one of the Hardcore seasons, while lovely, literally block your view in quests with narrow or low-ceilinged passages. Those are awful.
