Don't know where you are getting those numbers, but they aren't accurate. It is lower than that.It's not a common drop - the chance is only 1/2/3% on N/H/E.
Unfortunately not. The devs (Steelstar) has said that they get their data by players rerolling chests. We are their QA team. I mean, just look at tomorrow's update ... it's all to fix their terrible job at copying + pasting which was caught by the players.That way we don't have to redo quest to test if items are dropping at intended/desired rates.
I was taking a break for a while but apparently, they put the wrong drops in a quest, and had some item improperly listed as rare?
