Crafting Issues

I bought a mithral halfplate with a blue augment slot for my pet. After disjunction, it showed level 2. I crafted it to be minimum level 4. Yet, when I finished applying the shard, it jumped to minimum level 10.

I tried again, in case perhaps I wasn't paying attention. But still, it jumped to minimum level 10 again.

Is anyone else having issues like this when crafting?

It's correct behavior, you just need pay attention to absolute minimum level your blank have. You cannot craft armor with ML<absolute minimum level.

Some armours have an absolute minimum level. Tier 1 is min lvl 4, T2 is min lvl 10, T3 is min lvl 16 and T4 is min lvl 22.
Inspect your armour again, it should say absolute minimum level 10 somewhere.
You need to find an armour with absolute minimum level 4 or no minimum level.

You're right. My mistake because I wasn't looking as carefully as I should have. That's what I get for attempting some crafting way past my bedtime.
