Hey! I got annoyed trying to calculate everything I needed for some Lamordia gear, and the result was this web app. It allows you to choose a crafting system, enter the augments or upgrades you're trying to make, and it tells you how many of each crafting material you need. You can then enter the amount of each you already have to know what you have left to farm. It maintains your choices when you switch between pages, and there is a print to pdf button that will export everything you chose onto another tab if you need to keep the info but close the session.
This includes all the DDO crafting systems except for the ones that are pretty straightforward, like Threats. It currently doesn't include essence crafting since I suspect there are changes coming imminently. I'll add it in after that.
I've tested it a few different ways, but as with anything new, let me know if you see things that are incorrect or not working. I put it on google app script which gives a wicked long link, so here's the shortened one: https://tinyurl.com/ddomaterials
