Critical Multiplier +1 on a roll of 19-20

looking to compile items/feats/enhancements that boost crit multi by +1 on rolls of 19-20

Here's what I know of so far:

Feats

Master of Forms (sun) +1
Grandmaster of Forms (sun) +1
Overwhelming Critical (feat) +1

Enhancements

Tier 5 Destiny +1


Weapons

weapons with Elasticity (i.e chaosbow) +1

Stormreach Guardian's Crossbow +1 (artifact bonus)

what else?

i'm sure i'm missing a ton....

a 18fighter 1 monk 1 fav soul build will get you the most here also most melee power and crts on 19-20 / also a dif path you can do some thing with 6 bard lvls tier 5+ war chanter 6 +fighter for the ken, lvl 6 core using hand axes , and s-kai will get you really nice crts the 12 fighter 6 bard 2 fav soul build i did when fom came out was one of the best dps builds i ever saw that did not use glitches or exploits

so... 18 ftr gets you one cut, which is +1 crit multi across the board, which is not the same as +1 on a 19-20.
1 monk could get you +2 with MoF, GMoF,
what does the 1 FVS level get you in terms of an extra +1 on rolls of 19-20?

It doesnt, but it gives you a trance, which will give you a big +damage boost that will be multiplied by your big crits on 19-20

There's nothing else you can /1 there to give you more crits, and thats among the best options for getting better crits

MoF and GMoF don't stack—GMoF replaces the sun stance given by MoF.
