They release those when the expansion hits the ddo store, its not a "devs didnt do a thing", its a sale cycle.
Also different devs work on different things. Pretty sure content devs that make dungeons and crystal cove have nothing to do with what goes in the ddo store.

How about you keep the Crystal Cove cr@p for the people that want to run it, and stop forcing it on everyone - or at least give an opt out like with the Mimic hunt.

Thanks for adding CR38 and 39, but currently the progenitor crystal is not appearing in those two. Can we get the progenitor crystal added to those challenge ratings? Pretty please?

Guess you didn't know, you don't have to run CC. You can opt out of running it by not going to the cove. You're welcome. As for others who want more CC gear, glad this has appeared twice.

Mag knows that. Mag is talking about the champions that appear in quests that only appear during the CC event. Mag would like those turned off.
