There is a particular agent that just copy pastes irrelevant information based on keyword matching and doesn't actually read tickets. You can include screenshots and all the information needed and they will still ask for a "screenshot of the exact error message" even when it was already included. This is a consistent pattern with this agent in tickets they "respond" to. I don't know what to do. I wait months just for no help as this agent keeps being the one to "respond" to my tickets. I have seen many others get the exact same irrelevant copy/paste responses to their tickets from this agent as well.
