Damage Reduction Quesiton - Fallen Age Weapons

Hi, I’m a little confused by the Fallen Age weapons. These weapons are “Aligned” bypassing all alignment based DR. They also deal “chaotic” type damage. If using the weapon on a monster with DR/Good, does the chaos damage get reduced? Or does it land in full because it is aligned? Thanks

The weapon damage breaks all alignment DR, and the chaos damage add-ons hurt most things in the game.

The Chaos Damage is an extra bit of damage and doesn't interact at all with regular DR like "DR/Good". Regular DR like that only applies to the weapon damage.

Looking at an example of those weapons, you'll see that in the damage line is list "Pierce, Good, Lawful, Chaotic, Evil, Magic". That means the base weapon's damage has all 6 of those types attached to it, regardless of what extra damaging effects are on the weapon.
