Dark Bargainer question

I am not 100% sure about this question so any help will be appreciated. If I play a Dark Bargainer (Iconic) with one level of warlock and make sure the alignment is lawful, then take all other levels in dragon disciple, when I Iconic TR, I will get the Dark Bargainer race and the archetype class of Dragon Disciple as past life feats?

Yes. It's works like any class past life, where the majority of class levels wins (or in the case of a tie, whichever is higher on the class priority list). Doing 1/19 iconics is a great way to grab whatever class you want alongside the iconic past life.

You can do any warlock pact you want. But you can't make the archetype without buring a LR or doing ER to swap over.

All dark bargainer's get the dark gift as a racial feat regardless of anything else (even if you burn a +1 heart and remove the warlock level, you still have to take a dark gift with that racial slot). So yes, you would have the dark gift with the true friend pact if you pick that one.
