DDM - Clear Your Mind

So I started off going Conjuration but at level 25 decided to switch to Transmutation since I'm Shadar Kai and went up the rogue tree for +3 imbue dice. When I used Fred to switch, it reset my dragon disciple tree...and now I cannot use AP points for Clear Your Mind past 1/3 saying that I do not have enough points or do not meet the requirements. Wondering if anyone has found a work around for this problem? I just tried resetting ALL trees heroic/epic with no luck
