I must say buddy boost is the best boost weekend by far for people like me. I like to play with all sorts of different folks, and a lot of people have been logging in. It's been a blast doing a lot of reaper questing this weekend.

Many folks who haven't been joining pug listings have been joining and parties in general have been filling up faster. It's lovely. Makes me wish a 5% buddy boost was permanent to encourage more grouping, but it might lose some of that special shine that makes people log in more on a weekend like this - and it'd be a tough ask anyway since it wasn't deemed fit even for the VIP stuff of late.

Regardless, much appreciated.

I was in a group with 2 of my buddies and 1 person who was a friend of a friend. More of an acquaintance rather than a buddy. There was also someone I did not know at all. I still got the extra 10% for each. Is this WAI?

What if someone you have squelched joins the party, does the game still see them as your buddy and give you the bonus?

(wakes) If you run that many pugs as to have enemies, you figure it out! Or, generate a repeatable bug!
