I had not realized Kobold Chaos was broken in the first place. It is the torch challenges which are clearly broken.

Just the challenge payout (number of ingredients you receive) was broken. But the torch challenges have pathing issues, so that is not an easy fix and I suppose will take some considerable amount of dev time.
